This just in—we have reports of intermittent signal degradation from the Guangdong Province—and further north, we see some minor packet loss but still a steady flow of traffic that extends from the Harbin Qinghua Tongfang Computer Company to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

There is some minor congestion building from the Japan Network Information Center with traffic flowing freely from Morioka to Kagoshima. However, an ISP alert remains in effect for Hachioji, Setagaya, Chiyoda, Shinjuku, where there are reports of a pile-up. Please exercise caution when approaching that area.

We have single-digit traffic extending from The Albert Einstein College of Medicine to Cornell University, where there is a pattern of reciprocal links developing.

Meanwhile, traffic in Tijuana is moving steady from the border all the way to Ensenada, with the usual stop-and-go around Puerto Nuevo. And that’s your traffic report.

Although the Seventh Sun has been published since February 07, we have been tracking the website data only since in April. Since that time, the number of cities where our paper is read has increased by ten.
